Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of surrogacybeyondborders.com. Please read them with our privacy policy and medical disclaimer. Last updated 2026-10-05.

About these terms

This website is operated by Surrogacy Beyond Borders ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. If we ever offer a paid service, a separate written agreement will apply to it.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Information only

Everything on this site is general information about surrogacy, fertility treatment, law and costs in different countries. It is not legal, medical, immigration, tax or financial advice, and it may not reflect the latest legal changes or your personal circumstances. Always take advice from qualified professionals before acting.

  • Laws on surrogacy, parentage and citizenship change often. Each page shows when its legal content was last verified, but we cannot guarantee it is current on the day you read it.
  • Cost figures are estimated ranges, not quotes or offers.
  • Medical information is subject to our medical disclaimer.

No professional relationship

Using this site, sending an enquiry or attending a free consultation does not create a lawyer–client, doctor–patient, agency or fiduciary relationship with us. If we ever offer a paid service, it will be governed by a separate written agreement that sets out exactly what we will and will not do.

Where we introduce you to a clinic, agency, lawyer or other provider, you contract with them directly and they are responsible for their own services. How we are paid for introductions is disclosed on our About page.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any outcome — not a pregnancy, a live birth, a timeline, a total cost, a court order, a birth certificate, a passport or citizenship. These depend on medical factors, decisions by courts and governments, and third parties outside our control.

Acceptable use

You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial research. You must not misuse it — for example by attempting to break its security, scraping it at scale, submitting false or someone else's information, or using it to arrange anything unlawful in your country or the destination country.

Intellectual property

The text, tables, graphics, guides and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may print or share pages for personal use, and quote short extracts with a link to the source page. You may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the site without our written permission.

We link to government sites, laws, court decisions, research and provider websites so you can check sources yourself. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices of external sites, and a link is not an endorsement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site, from decisions you make, or from the acts of third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

  • We provide the site "as is" and do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
  • For business users, our total liability arising from use of the free website is limited to USD 100.
  • If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that these terms do not affect.

Privacy

How we handle personal data, including sensitive health information you may share in an enquiry, is explained in our privacy policy. It forms part of these terms.

Read our privacy policy.
